Looking for the winning team of web developers – for web/online apps professional projects. We need a programmer, web designer, and a Sweeper/ Project Manager.

Common qualification:

1. Good personality, hardworker, honest and self starter/ proactive person.
2. Able to work on team and tight schedule.
3. Our base location is in Malang-Indonesia, but can works anywhere online. Can be contacted anytime by email and chat (have to own online presence ym/gtalk and home/mobile phone).
4. Have to show the portofilio online or offline (may a personal project).

Specific creteria:

Web Programmer (WP)

1. Master in PHP 4 dan PHP5 (OOP) .
2. Good knowledge on SQL with mysql and or postgres.
3. Good understanding on MVC Frameworks (Code Igniter, Cake, Zend Framework. etc).
4. Abble to work on opensource environment (linux).
5. Preferred who skilled with AJAX, Web2.0, Ruby on Rail dan Java/ javascript.
6. Fast learner and adaptable to new technology.

Web Designer (WD)

1. Skilled with XHTM, CSS dan javaScript.
2. Good undestranding on JS Frameworks as Extjs, jquery, mootols etc.
3. Abble to designing an artistic and perfect web user interface.
4. Prefered who abble to works under opensource environment.

Sweeper / Project Manager(SPM)

1. Good knowledge and skilled with above web programmer dan designer criteria.
2. Good leadership to manage a team.
3. Just for someone who has an experience leading a team or as a part of a development team.

Duty:

1. Responsible and organize the development team.
2. Backing up programmer and designer tasks.
3. Reporting the daily progress and final reports of the project to the CEO .
